In order to do so it is imperative that agents are the right ones for our developer clients. This process requires careful preparation of the developer messaging by SMARTER Property Marketing and RGM and then a Selection and Recruitment process of the most appropriate agents on behalf of the client. We only recruit those agents passionate about selling a particular country or region. With knowledge, commitment, good marketing & sales activity these agents are worth the time and effort in finding and in contracting with. SMARTER Property Marketing and RGM then ensure continued agent commitment by a pro-active programme of support to agents through our Motivation and Management programme.

  • International Developers Registry

The International Development Registry (IDR) has been formed to provide data provision and security in the international property market place. Based in London, its focus and intent is the ability to provide all parties to an international property transaction the visibility of key information on the Development Company and nominated project. This will be supported by all of the relevant supporting documentation following a self-certification report process entered into by the International Property Developer, completed by an IDR appointed international panel of independent lawyers in over 50 countries.

In essence The International Development Registry will provide a hybrid of information mirroring the models adopted by the UK Land Registry and that of UK Companies House, to provide the intelligence to the industry.

Moreover, registering with IDR provides access to private and institutional funding both in London and the rest of the world. Field experts, RGM, possess the appropriate liaisons to raise the required funding and prepare the Developer to professionally and efficiently seek financing.

  • Sales Coordination Centre

The RGM SCC facility in London and Athens ensures that sales leads arising from the SMARTER Property Marketing agent network will all be processed in a professional and convenient way with all prospective purchasers. The purpose of this centre is not to generate leads, but to process them to ensure a solid and smooth sales progression to purchase. Client viewing trips being coordinated directly with Greek developers for mutual buyer / SMARTER Property Marketingclient convenience.

Working closely with our NDS department, the SCC role will be as follows:

  1. To register and co-ordinate all the sales leads generated by agents
  2. To arrange and co-ordinate all viewing trips and sales for clients
  3. To liaise with developer sales/onsite offices for the client’s viewing trips.
  4. To assist in any way possible with sales progression and after-sales
  5. Performed by a trained and experienced telesales team.
