Richmond Green Marketing London (RGM) is an international property sales & marketing consultancy. We work mainly with international property developers addressing the key issue of how to effectively sell into international buyer markets.

Our business has grown in the last two years because of the huge scale of newly-built leisure properties around the world looking for international investors and end-users. As buyers of these properties are now harder to find, the role of traditional domestic ‘demand-harvesting’ sales agents has diminished. We are now in the era of ‘demand-driving’ marketing – proactively & professionally looking to international buyer markets into which to sell leisure properties.

RGM is part of the Richmond Green Group (RGG) which includes the London based but internationally focused overseas property trade media, OPP – Overseas Property Professional. Over the last 6 years, OPP and RGM have built a database of property professionals around the world now exceeding 55,000 contacts. Of these 28,000+ are sales agents based in all key global buyer markets.

To effectively sell Greek property into international buyer markets a professional and coordinated approach is required. That is why SMARTER Property Marketing retained our services in driving this forward.

Network Distribution Services – NDS

Within the 28,000+ agents in our database, RGM has detailed information upon 3,500+ agents which we use to match client developer properties too. To ensure successful sales activity it is imperative that agents are the right ones for our developer clients. This process requires careful preparation of the developer messaging by RGM and then a Selection and Recruitment process of the most appropriate agents on behalf of the client. We only recruit those agents passionate about selling a particular country or region. With knowledge, commitment, good marketing & sales activity these agents are worth the time and effort in finding and in contracting with. RGM then ensure continued agent commitment by a pro-active programme of support to agents through our Motivation and Management programme.

The RGM NDS programme is then, principally, about four things:

Step 1.              Preparation

  • If necessary, RGM visit the development and view the project, meet the team etc
  • RGM 22 point checklist of key elements required to sell internationally through RGM NDS network is addressed
  • All existing marketing materials evaluated for use from international trade and consumer perspectives
  • RGM report is delivered to developer addressing key sales & marketing issues moving forward
  • RGM produce recommended international trade proposition – putting the developers project into distribution with elected and pre-qualified introducers.

Step 2.              Network access  -  [Selection & Recruitment ]

  • Using our proprietary Network Management Software (NMS), RGM match your development details to our database of agents worldwide.
  • RGM then sell-in your development to the most appropriate introducer for you
  • Fortnightly reports are issued to clients to track and advise progress

Step 3.              Network support  -  [Motivation & Management ]

  • It is a fact that most agent introducers need regular contact and support to be most effective
  • RGM, through its proprietary network management software system and motivation and management techniques, is proactive in driving agent interest and focus on client developer projects

Step 4.              Sales - through London Sales Coordination Centre (SCC)

  • Sales leads arising from the SMARTER Property Marketing network will all be processed through our London based Sales Coordination Centre (SCC), with appropriate liaison with our Athens office, offering assured sales progression.
  • The SCC facility will ensure that developers receive active and motivated buyers delivered in a professional and convenient way with all prospective purchasers viewing trips coordinated directly with you for mutual convenience.
